Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it - unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at info@retainerrefresher.com. Returns must be sent to our physical address listed below. Please note that items sent back without first contacting us will not be accepted.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can resolve it as quickly as possible.


Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (such as food or plants)

  • Custom or personalised products

  • Personal care items (such as opened beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials or flammable items

We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
If you want to exchange a product, the fastest option is to return your original item and place a new order once the return is accepted.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order was shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days of delivery - for any reason and without justification. As above, items must be unused, with tags, and in their original packaging.


Refunds
We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if your refund has been approved. If approved, we’ll issue the refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note your bank or credit card provider may need additional time to process and post the refund.
